Job Role – Project Coordinator

 

Job description

Looking for a suitable candidate into project coordinator for Pune location with relevant experience and desired skill set.

Roles & responsibilities:

– Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

– Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes with proper planning.

– Design daily team schedule and assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule

   management on daily routine.

– Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to clients.

– Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

– Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.

– Analyse, discuss and plan for risk and opportunities in project works.

Preferred candidate profile:
  • Candidate should be a Graduate (B.Tech / B.Sc / BBM / BE/ BBA) with preferred experience of 2-3 years in Planning/ Team Handling roles from Technology Sales / Building Material industry. Female candidate is preferred more.
Education

UG: Any Graduate

Key Skills

– Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

– Experience in project management and planning.

– Ability of team handling with strong relation building skills.

– Strong communication skills with conflict handling abilities.

A bit of less skills can be managed but a high-performance attitude is a must.”
